Leadership and Development

The «Leadership and Development» Committee is a training workshop that answers to the Committee Chairman. It is chaired by a Command officer and is comprised of Legionnaires, appointed by the Command President, who have shown the ability to communicate and train in addition to the required experience to ensure high-quality interventions and availability as a mentor. One of the Committee members also acts a secretary.

The Committee is responsible for ensuring that management notions, pertaining to the various Legion programs, be understood by the entire customer base. More specifically, the Committee will cover the following topics :

5.                               e.  Legion Manuals and Rules and Regulations;

7.                               f.  Constitution and laws (Advisory);

This session is open to all members of the Quebec Command Royal Canadian Legion, more specifically, District Commanders and officers, Branch Presidents and Branch officers. The training session is available in both official languages on a two consecutive day period. It is held in a region of the Province of Quebec, preferably on Branch premises, such host Branch taking charge of all logistical and food needs. The instructors will be Command officers and District Commanders.
